This Is Mainly Why Limewire Will Not Connect! (If Re-Installed)

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

I suddenly got connection problems after having no problems whatsoever for the last 2 years or so.. It just said "starting connection" and nothing ever happened..

I did what you wrote in this topic after uninstalling/reinstalling, reconfiguring firewall/port forwards etc, but you must be a psychic genious

Steps 1-5 did it for me. Thanks a lot!!!

I hope this works for some other ppl too..
