Yet another connection problem?
Hello all. I am running a 2.6GHz Celeron D on an Intel Micro ATX board with 750MB RAM and a D-Link PCI 802.11g wireless card. The machine is running Windows XP Home with all updates. I have DL'd the latest version of LimeWire. I also have a D-Link router and Windows firewall. They are set correctly. I know this because I performed the network access test and it succeeded.
When I search for anything I get no hosts and no results. I have found lists of Gnutella hosts and tried to add them. Invariably they appear in the listbox for 0.2 - 0.4 min and then disappear. Finally, uTorrent is running in the background. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
