In the first image, you seem to have accidentally set it to block port 38067 instead of setting the drop down menu to Pass.

I am not sure if you also need a rule for port 6346.

ok i changed limewire both ports to 35536 in limewire and allowed a rule on my firewall for
direction inbound and outbound,
source address 192.168.0.100,
destination address any,
source port 35536,
destination port any
TCP and UDP

Limewire connects fine but teh globe still has the firewall. if i set a rule for teh following teh firewall icon goes away

direction inbound and outbound,
source address 192.168.0.100,
destination address any,
source port any
destination port any
TCP and UDP

Try making one rule for inbound and one for outbound

direction inbound
source address any
destination address 192.168.0.100
source port any
destination port 35536
TCP and UDP

Direction Outbound
source address 192.168.0.100,
destination address any
source port 35536,
destination port any
TCP and UDP
