 Connect/disconnect I am running Limewire 4.16.6, and it constantly connects, then disconnects. It will stay connected for a few minutes, then disconnect, then a few minutes later, re-connect again. This happens quite often as I am attempting to run a search, but does it on it's own as well. also, why does Limewire keep freezing up to where I have to close it? Can anyone help?  |

 GO to LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Advanced > Performance & disable all options. If that doesn't help, try these things: Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue! (click on blue link) Fixes for Limewire (click on blue link), eg: perhaps you need a different version of Java, an earlier or later one. Different versions can be very personal in the way the behave depending on computer config. |
