I went to tools and there is not a Folder Options link...can you please help me? Thank you

Are you using XP sp2 -- if so try this :- Click on Start -> Search -> (In the search results box) click on Tools -> Folder options -> View (Hidden files and folders) click on Show hidden files and folders -> OK -- or asper my instructions in post #4 -- if this doesnt fix your problem
