working now. put my laptop on manual port under firewall config, and left my desktop on plug and play. then went to norton under internet security, personal firewall, and had to allow limewire access. thanks everyone, just had to monkey around with it.

Ok using a pc before I connecte as soon as I opend LW, there are 3 different account on the pc my account it set as Admin. I have notice that if I log on to the other accounts they work perfectly the connect right away to LW. Help what can I do????

Try right-clicking the actual LW program (not the shortcut), and choose run as admin. Option is listed in first post here: Fixes for Limewire (click on blue link). I presume that will not affect the other accounts. If it does you may need to install a separate version for yourself.
