Connection

As I`d dowloaded Limewire for the 1st time it worked. Second time after I`ve connected showed this message:

Limewire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network.

I have uninstalled and dowloaded it again. First it worked but after disconnecting from internet it shows the same message and doesnt dowload any music.
Could u help us with this message? We got vista and please be easy as me and computers are not really related
