Please Help - When I exit Limewire it 'reconnects' - Why ?
 

Ok.... i just downloaded Lime wire for the second time for my new computer. But when i exit out of Limewire when im done. About 2 minutes later it reconnects. If i close it again it keeps doing it and it really is annoying. Now i have checked the auto connect off so if anyone can help PLEASE post

Sounds like you may be infected. Try AVG 1st.

AVG(free) might be able to fix it. Be sure to update it before you scan your computer: AVG Free Advisor: AVG Anti-Virus Free, then follow the prompts.

ok now is there anyway to make it stop popping up when i reinstall it?

The virus or worm is causing LW to continue to pop up, so once you Kiil the Virus it will stop popping up. The infection was caused from something that you may have downloaded. Once clean, you should be OK.

Have you Tried AVG yet???
