Unable to set up a port to listen to incoming connections

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

That's no good, I try to change the Listening port (Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewall Configuration) and I get the message "Port not available, Please select a different port."

... and yes, those are all numbers within the range you gave me.

Can anybody shed some light on the situation?
