 System details - help us to help you (click on blue link). Post back these details if problem is not solved by suggestions below.  Try these options: 1. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) 2. | Thanks Lord LOTR, Thanks for the help. I will follow the steps, but for me this is going to be slow, but I'll attempt it and get back to you. If no answer from me in less than a few hours, then send flowers to my gravesite! Debbie |

| Suggestion didn't fix problem LOTR, I followed steps 3 and 4 and it didn't work. I also decided to go ahead and upgrade from 4.12 to 4.16 and that didn't work either. Guess I am 6 feet down now. Thanks for trying to help! Debbie |
