Connection strength (turbo on 1 account, 2 bars on the other)

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Hers shows firewall up - probably blocking connection strength?

I am the administrator, but according to my Cable company's security (they use F-secure) my firewall is set on normal.

Where can I find out more about configuring firewalls for Limewire?
