wont connect as it should
I have a friend who has basic limewire and it seems to be better than my pro, it connects faster, searches faster, and downloads faster. We both have about the same internet speed. I took down any firewalls blocking limewire and still nothing. Anyone have an idea whats wrong??!!

There are lots of fixes to try, in the thread below.
If LW Will Not Connect If nothing there helps, post back with your system details...that thread has more info on the details that we need. Maybe you have a different ISP to your friend, different modem/router, different firewalls/security installed, different versions of LW & Java etc etc
