11. Sharing the connection with 2 desktop computers, and 3 other laptops.. but nobody else has the issue but me
12. I've had LW for a while now, but I'm not an advanced user.. only know the basics

14. modem/router setup? don't quite understand...
15. Norton Antivirus, but I turned it off and it still doesn't work
