| Mick, You've had several chances to Read the Forum Rules and I suggest that you do that Very Soon. Now to your problem...How long ago was it that you bought your Pro Version ?? What site did you buy Pro from ??

| I've tried going to techical support but no answer.I bought PRO about 6 or9 months ago.Everything ewas working fine until the crash.I doesn;t reconize my e-mail address when i tell it that i've already ordered it thanks |
