Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

Do you still have the same DNS number ... it might need to be changed. Your ISP should be able to advise there. ![]() 3. XP has its own firewall. So you will need to allow LW full access thru it. User Cant Connect - LimeWire Your D-Link, is it an old one? How many years old? |

![]() This just happened to me after the new upgrade.... The simple answer is to completely uninstall Limewire....The correct way to uninstall is Start > All programs > Limewire/Uninstaller Go to the Limewire site and download the new version from there and save it into a folder. Install the new version from the folder and everything will be back to normal. This worked for me on all 3 of my computers.....Maxx Last edited by wondering why; August 19th, 2008 at 06:24 PM.
