Connection is only at one bar, please help! (works on one account but not another)

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Connection is only at one bar, please help! (works on one account but not another)

I've deleted and reinstalled limewire sooo many times and it isn't working, near the left hand corner at the bottom where those bars are suppoed to be green, well theres only one green one and when I do a song search nothing comes up. Me and my mom share this computer, so we have 2 accounts, her limewire works but mine doesn't. I'm not sure what to do! someone please help me!
