![]() Hey i'm new here so excuse my ignorance if i miss something. I have windows vista and a high speed cable connection. I run norton internet security 2008. I have recently run into a problem that i've never had with limewire in the 3 some years ive been using it. It has not been able to connect me at all. I notice that it is saying that it has detected a firewall, but even after i turn off both windows and norton firewall, it is still there. Im not sure why I cannot connect but i can only guess something is preventing it from doing so. Any ideas or if u need more info please ask i'll let ya know anything u want i just wanna fix this so I can get back to downloading. thanks |

![]() Try giving these fixes a go and see if they help.... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...t-connect.html If no luck you could try port forwarding through your Norton Security... (these instructions should be the same for 2008) Port Forwarding for the Norton Internet Security 2007
