 Bell Sympatico, Nova Scotia----Throttling Well, after a long letter of biotchin, to Aliant---sympatico, Nova Scotia they claim not to be throttling my limewire p2p, (bs) fact is they must be because I have used to different PC's one I know works fine on eastlink cable with limewire, but will not work with my sympatico connection, so besides using tunneling to get past this does anyone have any ideas please, or should I just go to eastlink...... Thanks  |
