Okay, on a scale 1-10 I probably fall in around a 5 in computers. I can get around and do the basics but when something doesnt work i am sorta screwed.

I downloaded the LimeWire Pro. It wont connect. It just says "starting connection". I looked under connections and its not showing any. I have emailed the tech support and followed their directions. I have looked around on this forum for a while and did what I could do. STILL CANT CONNECT!!!

I am running Windows XP. I even turned off my firewall to see if that was the problem. I have changed the port # as I saw in a post. I tried downloading that frost thing, but it was incomplete, something about the wrong java.

I am extremely upset that I have spent about 2 hours on this and have no resolution. I paid money for this program and cant get it to work. PLEASE HELP!!!
