 Optimum online isp is not super p2p friendly. Try setting both your LW connection & listening ports to 64049. Are you able to log into your new router? It most likely needs to be manually port forwarded. The only ones I can find are listed under DELL, check on far left side for Dell here PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall ... do not forget the very first & most important step here is setting up a static ip, do not forget else the process will not work; Setting up a Static ip   |
