Mac OS X Firewall Problems

I have been using LW for OS X Leopard (10.5.6) for quite a while now,

but i can't connect now because of a firewall. I can't figure out how to turn it off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Specs:
1.25 GHz PPC
1.25 GB ram
80 gb hard drive with 37.78 gb free.
