 Hi Betty, First of all, I have to tell you that you were scammed if you paid for a 'life membership'  LW basic is free. LW Pro costs $13.95 for a one-off download with no updates & no support, $21.95 for 6 months of email support & free updates or $34.95 for 12 months of email support & free updates. The only official site for download (shows on your CC statement as payment to LimeWireLLC) is: Lime Wire » Download LimeWire There is no lifetime subscription. Who did you pay for LW & how much did you pay? Membership? - **WARNING ** BEWARE** - Download p2p Clients ONLY Thru Official Sites Depending on how long ago you paid, you may still be able to have your bank/CC company stop the transaction from going through. If you paid for your LW recently, contact your bank/CC company & see if they can do anything. get your $$$ BACK!!!(music members) And for your connection problem... try the fixes in the thread below. If nothing there helps, post back with your system details (the thread has info about which details we need)  If LW Will Not Connect Thread moved from Site Feedback!  |
