connection/firewall problem Hello
About a week ago, all was well with Limewire...now it just wont connect. I saw some files in my documents called NUSERDAT. I cant remove them and I cant delete them, so I contacted HP who didnt help. I have a norton virus scan and it says i'm clean.
Someone tried to help me by restarting my laptop in safe mode.....when I started in normal mode again and went to limewire it says 'limewire is still establishing a connection and will take some time to get results'.....but i never get results.
it shows a firewall in the left hand corner. my windows firewall is turned off and I have allowed norton to let
limewire through....but still no connection. i contacted norton and had my firewall disabled, limewire still showed there was a firewall. I uninstalled and reinstalled...same problem.
Please help. I have a HP Pavillion, Windows vista.
