Okay. Question. (Just maybe, I'm not or this thread isn't in the right section for a query like this.)
1. Can LW work in an Intranet* setting that is not connected to the Internet (but might be, in the future) ? (Is it good in such a setting ?) 2. If yes, is there any config-ing to do to get it to work ? What is it ? *This Intranet has got no UPnP port forwarding. |

How are the computers connected? If it's through a router then portforwarding and using direct connect should work in theory.

You'd need enough ultrapeers for all to connect. I'm not sure LW will work well that way anyway.
I am aware Phex can be run on an intranet. Ask arne_bab for more information or check similar questions in Phex section or the general gnutella sections lower down. |
