McAfee is blocking me
I have McAfee OAS (On-Access Scan), and I think that it's blocking my limewire from connecting. I saw another thread about this, but my software is different... and McAfee's customer support is terrible. They had no answers for me at all. Can someone help me? How do I add a firewall exception to my version of McAfee OAS for Limewire 5.0.11?

On Access Scanning is part of McAfee's VirusScan. Do you also have a McAfee firewall?? If so, you need to make sure that you're only running one software firewall (more than one will cause problems) & that firewall's configured to allow LW. Check the link below for info about configuring McAfee's firewall.
