It means you have an installation problem. ;) Delete your LW preferences folder whilst LW is CLOSED & is found here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

Then do these steps: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/333278-post2.html. And btw your java is out of date. :)

For Vista, you need to make the installer & program 'Run as Admin' via right-clicking each.
