Default Windows Security has blocked "some" of the features

It game me the option to unblock it then but its still hanging in connection mode. Windows firewall is still of so thats not an issue.

Worked fine yesterday, booted it up today and its hanging in connection after that.

anyone ever have this one??

Yes, LW does not like the running of two software firewalls. Glad to hear it's fixed.

get PG2....use it every time you fileshare..make sure to update it before every use, and also verify that the p2p list isn't empty (this happens every now and again)...it is quite possible that the lagginess you describe is caused by attacks from paid henchmen of the RIAA/MPAA...PG2 will block those attacks

Another reason 'might' be if you are downloading Torrents. They can use up a lot of connections which can flood your modem/router/system connection. 'If' my suggestion is correct, keep your torrent downloads limited, not too many at once.
