Hi I'm new with Limewire... and i"m already fustrated - no guide in helping setup the program so it works.
Can someone please help me. When I launch the program, bottom left show no internet connect, why is that? your help is appreciated.

Probably a firewall of some type is preventing your LW from connecting to the network. The firewall might be your windows firewall or/and your router's NAT which prevents incoming messages over a range of ports.
