Just downloaded 5.1.4 and not connecting
I have used limewire for years and I recently bought a new computer and downloaded Limewire 5.1.4 but where it would normally show the connection bars I just have the word connecting. I have tried all the "solutions" on the Limewire support but still nothing. I have checked all firewalls that I am aware of and accepted limewire. I went under advanced tools and looked at connections and it says...
You are a Leaf node You are behind a firewall and do not support firewall transfers. It is trying to connect to 9 different hosts but no success. I am on the free internet that my motel supplies so the only thing I can possibly think would be causing the problems is them. However my sister's laptop connected when we used it before I got mine. I have no idea what to do.

Did you check the link at top of page about system details?
 Are you able to reach the test page about half way down that set of questions? My suspicion is ISP related. But we don't know yet.
