 Mac OSX 10.5.8 Won't Connect to Limewire !!! I have a new Mac Quad Core Intel machine. Limewire worked fine for a month. I added LittleSnitch and PeerGuardian, no problems - ran fine for a month. Running OSX 10.5.8, Java 12.4.0. Then all of a sudden this week Limewire won't connect. I use a strict firewall and all the above applications are approved for the firewall except Java. I have tried everything, reinstall, though you can't find much information on how to un-install Limewire on a Mac. I even tried to install an older version of Limewire 4.x and it was a no go. I am to stumped. I need to a fix for a clean install. Any techies who know OSX I need your help here! Thanks !  |
