Confused Having connection and downloading problems

Hello,

I am at my wits end. Please help me! I have an emachine D520 laptop with windows vista home edition. My internet provider is Hughes Net. (see attachment for system details) I just upgraded my limewire from basic to pro 5.4.6 because the homepage stated that it would allow me to always stay connected to internet, which was the problem I was having with basic. The problem is, I'm not staying connected. The connection starts up for a little while, about 20 to 45 minutes then it disconnects and I can't get it to come back on for one to two hours. I went into tools- advanced tools- connections and there it stated that my limewire was behind a NAT firewall that assigns different external ports to each connection. I don't know what that means, but, I have followed all the advice from the forums, checking my firewalls. My windows defender and windows firewall is definetly turned off. The only firewall that I have on is from my security virus protection, Defender Pro 2010. I went into the firewall advanced settings and specifically looked at the setting for limewire. The firewall states that for every contingency e.g. traffic, listening, incoming, outgoing, any port or adapter, etc., it was set up to "allow" . So I don't understand what else could be causing the problem. I also checked my Java and I have the latest updates. And I even followed one of the forum moderators recommendation of disabling the ultrapeer capabilities, disabling connecting to mojito DHT, and disabled TLS capabilities. But I am having no success. Then later on today I found some advice from a moderator on deleting my limewire preference folder. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/window...ng-should.htmlThis is the site page that contained the information. I painstakingly followed every step and even pasted my download.dat file back into the preference folder after deleting the old download file. When I started my limewire pro back up my downloads were transmitting 0kbs for all 8 of my downloads. And instead of being connected to 12/13 or more p2ps they only showed being connected to 4 p2ps. My limewire pro is still not connecting to the internet. When it briefly connected and i went to tools - advanced tools - connections it stated that I was a lead node. It also said that I was behind a firewall that did not support firewall transfers. Any direction you can offer for my problem would be most welcomed. Please see attachment "System Details" which provides details on my computer.

Thank you for your consideration.
Signed,
Going out of my mind
