 Connection Problems Hi, i'm new here and hope someone will be able to help me!! I've been using Limewire for about 5 years now and never had any problems. Yesterday i downloaded the newer version of the basic limewire program and since then, i can't download anything! The icon on the lower left of my screen shows that i have no internet connection altho my internet connection is just fine (i'm online right now!) I've tried re-installing the program, restarting my computer, nothing works! I have XP, the latest version of Limewire basic 5.5.14, DSL internet connection. Please help!! Thanks   |

| If you've suddenly lost connection after updating LW, try deleting LW's preferences folder first, otherwise try other fixes in this link (click on blue link): If LW 5 Will Not Connect Don't forget to read the info about backing up incomplete downloads before deleting the preferences folder, if you have incomplete downloads that you want to resume later  If none of the fixes work then please post back with your system details: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...-you-post.html |
