Any kind of P2P usage is now virtualy impossible, any day, any time, no matter what network or client. TIGO is - by all means - the most complete 'non friendly' ISP. In regard of their business model 'night plus', this is playing right in the hands of competitors. In the meantime and knowledge of the ISPs internal network organisation, non-P2P solutions crop up to circumvent these limitations.
