A new release?

Hi,

When should we create a new release?

Should we do it once you (GregorK) finished the restructuring of the sourcecode?

I could prepare release notes for Phex 3.4.

PS: Yes, that is because I did again manage to implement a feature myself after a long time
With download of magnets from a magma list to subdirs of the download dir, the Polar Skulk can at last work as it is intended to - instead of littering the download folder, it now cleanly keeps its downloads in subfolders (all except the main list).
