Default version of dowload
can someone help me... how do i know if i am downloading a software from limewire, if it's a version for pc, mac, ....??

PC files are usually of the .exe or .zip type. Mac files usually end with .sit, .dmg or .hqx. Files such as .html, .mp3, .gif, etc. are cross-platform.
