SPAM file names? Why? Go search for an MP3 by Staind. You'll find a hundred or so ****** who have renamed a hundred or so files--EACH--by adding the names of a dozen popular bands into the file names. I found one guy who must have done this to his entire library. WHAT THE HELL FOR? It **** up everyone's searches, by bumping out ligitimate reults in favor of spam. Are these idiots trying to push viruses or just screw with the Gnutella network? I add the IP addresses to my BAN list, but this is such a waste of my time. Damn, people suck. Anyone know why this is being done? |
Some people do suck and it doesn't make ANY sense to me why someone would do something like that.. hang tough cause most of the users here are on the "not suck" list ;) |
