I downloaded the program but none of the buttons except STOP is highlighted so I cannot download - anything. Why? What am I suppose to do to have the SEARCH button to come into use?

You have to connect first, - if the bottom left icon is not green, you aren't connected and you can neither search nor download.

I am connected to the internet already and it isn't working. Under FILE I hit connect and the button becomes useful for about 3 seconds and then becomes faint again. Now what?
