I have tried to download many files and have had great succsess with some however my computer locks up sometimes and I have to cold boot and I find when I do this about 50% of the time all my current download list is empty and put in my incomplete file....I know I need more memory for my computer but...how can I get the files from the incomplete folder to resume download????????

I have the file in my list of downloads, yet when I restart the program, it restarts the download, eventhough the partial file is still in the incomplete program. How can I fix that?
