im new to this whole file sharing business and i was wondering if anyone out there could help, i have looked through the faqs and could find anyting there, i would like to know if i can download files that have a speed of 'T3 or higher' if i only have a speed of modem.

Yes You can ull just get them at aroun 4kbs maximum whereas they can get anywhere from 10 times to 20 times that or more.
But sure u can download off them
