Case Sensitive download creates problem in *nix environments

This happens often

I've 50% of T-900100-My File.txt, someone offers T-900100-My File.TXT
Limewire takes the offers BUT it can't find a file with the same name, so it restart donwloading from scratch

I really hope this will get fixed in next releases.
