Force Resume
When the download stops and I try force resume it queries but nothing happens. The DL does not continue.
Why?

Because 'Force Resume' does not do what you think it does. For all practical purposes you can assume it does nothing (it forces a busy wait to try again instantly - that is all (it doesn't do anything for a requery wait)).
Try manually searching for the file again - if you find a new source, LimeWire will automatically use this to re-start the download. Mark
