unable to maintain transfer rate-
Starts out quite fast (25-30kbps) !! This pleases me! However ... This rate will continue to drop to about 6-10 kbps in a mater of just few minutes. Sometimes as low as .05-3.0 kbps. It is just sooooooo frustrating. Any Ideas?!?
( My connection is a one way sattelite , if that helps )
