 I have two questions: 1) My ipaddress with 'ipconfig' is always the same, but I've been led to understant it is not an address that can be accessed. Does the ip address from 'whatismyip' remain the same all the time when you are on the internet via a host isp? I use DSL with the local phone company, and if I force the ipaddress, I want to know that it is a constant. 2) I will attempt to find the answer to this one myself, but just in case I remain too dumb, how do I force the ipaddress?
