 A Few Points I would highly recommend you make sure your machine is free of spyware / adware and then determine what your upload and download speeds are you can do so by going to http://chi.speakeasy.net and doing a speed test. After that we can figure out what's wrong if anything with your limewire configuration. Hope this helps.
