I have the problem of not being able to have files upload and believe it's because of an firewall issue as the firewall brick block is always over the connection on the lower left hand side of l/w. I have tried every suggestion for disabling windows firewalls, norton security firewalls, etc., etc.

The strange thing is that I have been able to connect uploads and downloads in the past. It seems to change after a couple of months.

I see that one of the sugggestions talks about forcing an IP. I did get an IP address from the http address in the suggestion but now need advice on where to put it in limewire.
