downloads
I'm not a computer person so be understanding and detailed please. When I first started downloading songs they all went to the shared folder. Then I made subfolders and put everything in them. Now when I download songs they don't go to my shared folder or any of the subfolders. Where did they go?

If you go to Tools>Options>Saving... you will see the directory path & folder used for your downloads.
Tools>Options>Sharing... will show your Shared folder and directory path. You can then re-specify your Saved & Shared folder.
