I am having the same problem. after donwloading, several files have "could not move to library" under "status". redownloading the file doesn't help either, as it just does the same thing again. Could it be a file problem, is is it something specific to Limewire?

This issue has been discussed many times in prior threads.... There could be a few possible reasons for the message.

I would suggest doing a search of the LimeWire (Cross-platform) forums for "could not move to library"... you will find much information on this topic.
