Download restarts

Sometimes Limewire 1.3 stops a download, delete it and begins with 0% a new download.
How can I stop Limewire to delete the uncompleted file?

I see the same behaviour.
First a good DL until 99% or full
then suddenly it restarts from 0% and erases the partially DLed file.
This then continues until 98 or 99% and states "Couldn't download" And aborts w/ a 98% DLed file in INcomplete.

Has to be a bug.
