I see the same behaviour.
First a good DL until 99% or full then suddenly it restarts from 0% and erases the partially DLed file. This then continues until 98 or 99% and states "Couldn't download" And aborts w/ a 98% DLed file in INcomplete. Has to be a bug. Horza
