Awaiting Source

I am running Windows XP Home Version. I did not encounter this error message "__ Awaiting new source." until I upgraded Limewire Pro. After looking at all the possibilities i.e., cookies, security etc... I was just about ready to drop kick my laptop right into the San Francisco Bay. What I did was a process of elimination. Under Tools_Options,_Advanced,_ Firewall,_ my IP address was missing. I inserted that and checked the box for Force Local IP. I was able to download. In addition, Limewire Pro works best when you download one song at a time. More than one and it's the same thing or waiting in line. Also, make sure your not running unnecessary programs. Limewire doesn't like to compete for power. You might want to reboot every hour or so just to reset the bias on your system. I am running high speed cable with a sound operating system and should not be dealing with system issues. Limewire has a bug in there software and needs to upgrade their upgrade. Meanwhile it's a little slow but I get the job done.
